The Presbyterian Church of Deep Run has been very focused over the last number of years on broadening their community outreach in many different ways. Some of these include:

- Habitat for Humanity
- Aid for Friends, meal Assistance
- Shawl ministry
- Mission Trips
- The Anna Straw Initiative, a family education program dealing with addiction or parent support
- AA Meetings
