This year, we hope to offer TWO opportunities to join us on Sunday, April 4 to celebrate Easter!
Virtual Easter Service with Communion
Our Virtual Easter Service will be available on our website on Easter morning. An email with a link to the service will be emailed out prior to the service, or you can come directly to our website: www.pcdeeprun.org.
In-Person Outdoor Easter Service with Communion
If weather permits, we will hold an In-Person Outdoor Easter Service with Communion at 11:00AM on Sunday, April 4. Guests will park in the lower lot, and we will hold the service in the upper lot. Guest are asked to bring their own chairs. We will provide bulletins and pre-packaged gluten-free communion elements. We ask all guests to wear their masks and to practice physical-distancing from anyone not in your party. This will allow us the opportunity to sing hymns together.
We will be using a pre-registration system for in-person gatherings and we are trying “Sign-up Genius” for the first time as a practice for Easter Sunday. Please practice pre-registering for the Easter Sunday Outdoor Service, April 4, 11AM. If you have any questions – please ask Clerk of Session, Deb Walters.
When you click on the link below you will be greeted by information about the event: date, time, location. This was created by Elder Allison Trudeau who is on the COVID Task Force.
· Go to “Available Slot”
· Select Yes – I Will attend (a seat will be reserved for you)
· Click on Sign Up in the little white box
· AND at the very bottom, click on Submit and Sign Up
· “My Comment” – optional… you may choose to put names of everyone in your party here
- Please indicate if you require handicap accessibility
· ” Quantity” – Select the number in your party, the number that will be seated together as your family unit.
· Name – self explanatory!
· Email – Optional… When you fill this out, you will receive a confirmation email and will be able to edit your pre-registration at any time
· Click Sign Up Now – DONE!
