Veterans Day Vigil CANCELED
Due to the weather forecast for rain showers at 11:00 AM on Wednesday morning we have decided to cancel the Veterans Day Vigil. Due to COVID-19 we would need to hold such an event outside, and that will not be possible if it is raining. Though the weather forecast could always change, we decided it would be best to make a decisive call Tuesday night in order to get the message out as soon as possible. We are so sorry for those who were looking forward to this opportunity to be together and honor veterans.
Just because the Veterans Day Vigil is canceled doesn’t mean we should not take time on Veterans Day to give thanks and pray for veterans and their families. We owe them gratitude for their selfless sacrifice in service to our nation. May God bless all veterans.
